Power Vibration

I have just purchased a 99 Royal Star Venture. It is loaded and looks great. Has 43,000 miles and runs smooth at idle. It has a vibration when under load (riding) and goes away when I reduce the throttle. I am coming off a 2002 Road Star from the past 3 years and have only had the new bike out a couple of times and am not used to it. Has anyone had the same issue or can share a similar experiance?

Thank You for the info. I was hoping it was just the transition from the big twin to a 4 cylinder.
