mini-muffin Posted November 26, 2007 #1 Posted November 26, 2007 Yesterday morning we left real early to head up to Jrichards and Patricia's to pick up a '92 Venture. On the way back we met up with riderduke and his wife, daughter, and sister-in-law. Got home somewhere around 12:30 or 1:00 am this morning. We ran into one of those lovely slow downs on I95 for no apparent reason then someone somewhere hit their brakes, that took us till 9pm to get off of. Finally got passed that and tried making up some time on 295. Unfortunately couldn't make up any time on 460 way too many cops out on that stretch. Got to NC going thru suffolk and found fog. But we finally got home. Saw some of them nice furry four legged critters, don't like them in the fog. Anyway here's a pic of the new addition to the muffin house. Margaret
mini-muffin Posted November 26, 2007 Author #3 Posted November 26, 2007 NO absolutely no parts off this bike. Jeff's gonna trike this baby for me. Since I'm so darn long legged :rotf:I need a trike to ride cause I can't reach the ground on much else. The only bike I've been on that I can reach the ground and actually flat foot is a rebel 250. Margaret
muffinman Posted November 26, 2007 #4 Posted November 26, 2007 Yup she already got parts from one of my bikes on hers. The radio from the ugly bike has been relocated to her scoot and now I just got to find both saddle bags and crash guards for the bags so that I can put a Voyager kit on the bike to see if she is going to like riding her own bike.I told her that if she does 10K in one season I will spend the cash to do a proper trike mod to the bike. Aint i Mean? Jeff
mini-muffin Posted November 26, 2007 Author #6 Posted November 26, 2007 Needed a battery for one plus a few other things besides getting a tag for it. Besides he wasn't gonna be allowed to leave me behind while he rode off. Margaret
