ouzo76 Posted April 23, 2011 Author #6 Posted April 23, 2011 These pics are taken about a week ago.Snow melts away really fast. It´s allmost gone everywhere.Right now we have very nice weather in here.Today temp is somethin about 68 =20*c.I wish i could go for a ride but iam nanny this weekend.Wife went London for shopping.3 day trip for her and her sister in London. My youngest son is too little to ride with me or if i use lots of duct tape and tape him really good on a saddle...what an idea...http://www.pic4ever.com/images/47b20s0.gif

mm482 Posted April 24, 2011 #8 Posted April 24, 2011 Hi Sami, Good to have you as a Venture Rider and it is great to hear you are putting some miles on the bike. Earl
Grisolm1 Posted April 24, 2011 #9 Posted April 24, 2011 I've never seen chrome trim on the trailing edge of the fairing lowers. Nice touch. Ride safe.
loehring Posted April 24, 2011 #10 Posted April 24, 2011 Welcome Ouzo. Great looking bike. Thanks for the pics.

ouzo76 Posted April 24, 2011 Author #12 Posted April 24, 2011 I've never seen chrome trim on the trailing edge of the fairing lowers. Nice touch. Ride safe. The cromelist is somethin like this http://www.kiiltovaunu.org/popup_image.php?pID=1288 I might buy more of this and put new list on my bike.It looks pretty nice.I took it off from windshield edge becouse it came just my field of vision. Now it´s better.I wait from US new intake manifold boots.Old ones is badly craked.Let´s see how my bike works after installing... By the way...if anybody is in Facebook.Do not hesitate to take contact. It´s allways nice to know people from there.
flb_78 Posted April 24, 2011 #13 Posted April 24, 2011 Hopefully you can cancel your order. You do not need to worry about the cracks in the intake boots as they are steel on the inside.
ouzo76 Posted April 24, 2011 Author #14 Posted April 24, 2011 Hopefully you can cancel your order. You do not need to worry about the cracks in the intake boots as they are steel on the inside. Those parts are payd allready and those are coming so i change them when they arrive.I take it opportunity to learn more of my bike. And i like very much to do allmost everything D.I.Y style. My trust for maintenance shops is pretty much gone. They "forgot" bleed one airvalve on brakes and cladly i noticed before i take out on a big roads. What would hapened if i was noticed that too late.I had Honda VTX 1800C and this bike have dual brakes.Shop was Honda´s authorized so i thought that i can trust them. When i go back and i said about brakes,he wasn´t belive me.When he start to bleeding brakes again he forgot to bleed one valve again from front brakes.I tell it to him and there was much air in it.You can imagine blush on his face when he noticed that.I said thanks very much and we do not see any more. Now i have this Clymer repairmanual for RSV and these forums so i think im save.
dunsonaventure Posted April 24, 2011 #15 Posted April 24, 2011 Welcome Ouzo, Bike looks awsome. Always nice to see someone else enjoying a RSV.

Yammer Dan Posted May 10, 2011 #17 Posted May 10, 2011 Wives tend to get upset with that duct tape idea.... Don't ask how I know....

gibvel Posted May 11, 2011 #21 Posted May 11, 2011 LOVE the airbrush look on the bike. Just out of curiosity, what does the writing on the fuel tank say?
