CaptainJoe Posted April 16, 2011 #8 Posted April 16, 2011 Cool but is it very practical?... Believe I'd perfer the protection of a cage in that particular job... Way to many crazies out there... Not to mention the mirad of weather conditions your gonna encounter for 8-10 hrs a day... Besides, how ya gonna do a pit maneauver in one of those? LOL
Skid Posted April 16, 2011 Author #9 Posted April 16, 2011 The State purchased two of them. Not sure what all they will be used for completely. Leslie really liked it I may have a hard time of convincing her I'm going to work.
DragonRider Posted April 16, 2011 #10 Posted April 16, 2011 So does that mean you have one of them assigned to you???? Lucky you.:dancefool: The State purchased two of them. Skid Posted April 17, 2011 Author #11 Posted April 17, 2011 So does that mean you have one of them assigned to you???? Lucky you. No I don't have Lew. The two we have was actually purchased with a grant to enforce DUI patrol. I may be directed to ride them at some point since they're only three of us uniform personel at headquarters with a motorcycle endorsement on our license.
