hipshot Posted April 13, 2011 #1 Posted April 13, 2011 i am going to replace the old "glass fuse" block with spade type fuses. my question is "are all circuits energized by one main positive wire, or are there different power inputs from other circuits, that energize a certain fuse"? just jt:confused24:
Reddog170 Posted April 13, 2011 #2 Posted April 13, 2011 Mine had one main power wire, now it has three. Shaun
KarlS Posted April 13, 2011 #3 Posted April 13, 2011 Ever since Skydoc installed his fuse block upgrade I've had no electrical problems of any kind. Plenty of places to wire in extras.
SC89Venture Posted April 13, 2011 #4 Posted April 13, 2011 Go with the kit Skydoc sells, you cannot beat it. Comes with step by step instructions. Great Saturday project, 2-3 cups of coffee and you will be done.
Squidley Posted April 13, 2011 #5 Posted April 13, 2011 JT, Give me a call and I'd be happy to come down and help you install a block. I have replaced every one on all the 1st gens I owned and several others.
