They have the 2009 manuals online and a note to ask if you need something else.

They must be having prolems with their site cause every service manual i clicked came up with a http 404 error. I sent them an email...

 

When they fix it will be an impressive collection of service manuals for Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Polaris... They didn't have Harley, Honda or BMW? at least as far as I could tell.

there's a lot of great guys on this website that can give you some knowledge and help on youe 650. i had a 01 that my wife rode and then sold to move up to a v-star 1100. i maybe able to help also as i do all my own work om all my bikes.

Thanks, that link worked. I'm gonna have to break down an get a new computer as it took for ever to load pdf just to view it. I then saved a copy to my hard drive.

 

Am gonna purchase a thumb drive and copy service manuals to it, so I can take on my trips, and MD's as I always carry my small Acer netbook.

I'll definately check that site out. I tore my carbs apart and cleaned.

Put back together and the RPMs are hanging when reved.

Idles perfectly... Believe the cables need some adjustment, and carbs synced, hence the service manual.
