barend Posted March 19, 2012 #151 Posted March 19, 2012 '99 Valkyrie Interstate; a Wing with attitude! Kinda like the relationship between a first Gen and second gen. That being the 1st Gen the one with attitude of course :cool10: Oh, what number is that??
Todd157k Posted April 24, 2012 #152 Posted April 24, 2012 I am as of a few weeks back. 2001 1800. Very sweet machine and pretty dang quick.
lsutley Posted April 24, 2012 #153 Posted April 24, 2012 I am the proud owner of two 1983 Silverwings, if that counts?

SilvrT Posted May 12, 2012 #159 Posted May 12, 2012 I have a YAMAWING doe's that count? Its a RSTD with a 1500 wing trunk. :rotf: Now if you'd add some Harley parts you'd have a YAMAHARLEWING

Norm Posted July 18, 2012 #162 Posted July 18, 2012 I just recently traded the 99 Venture in on a 2005 Goldwing while on vacation in Arkansas. My wife, her sister, and the brother in law made me do it!! Norm
SilvrT Posted July 18, 2012 #163 Posted July 18, 2012 I just recently traded the 99 Venture in on a 2005 Goldwing while on vacation in Arkansas. My wife, her sister, and the brother in law made me do it!! Norm Sure they did NOrm .... and probably those other two "instigators" of the troup "Me, myself, and I"
MikeM Posted August 19, 2012 #167 Posted August 19, 2012 I've had a couple of Goldwings but only "tolerated" the feet position because the bikes were cheap. When I wrecked my last Wing a few months ago I decided to stay away from them from now on. Goldwings are GREAT bikes mechanically but that dang engine is right where my feet want to be.(same for the BMW's) The RSV is the one that fits me..... or I fit it?
Sgt. Maj. Posted September 25, 2012 #168 Posted September 25, 2012 I bought a 2007 1800 wing last august it had 34,k. It has 55780 today. I still own my RSV. Getting ready to do a make over with it. I enjoy both of them. So now how many do we have.
StarUmp Posted October 6, 2012 #169 Posted October 6, 2012 Count us into the mix. 2003 GW with a 2007 Motor Trike conversion. Also, still have my 99 RSV, but it's not getting much road time. The trike is just too comfortable and my wife feels much safer on 3 over 2 wheels.
Eck Posted October 6, 2012 #170 Posted October 6, 2012 So.......the original question was: How many Wing riders do we have on the site. Anyone know the total yet....?
SMSgt Posted January 27, 2013 #171 Posted January 27, 2013 I bought a GL1800 Roadsmith trike for Christmas so you can put me on the Goldwing lit too. I still have the RSV and R* but will be selling them soon. I need to come up with the money to pay for the trike now.
Midrsv Posted January 31, 2013 Author #173 Posted January 31, 2013 So.......the original question was: How many Wing riders do we have on the site. Anyone know the total yet....? Eck, I lost count long ago. Dennis
Miles Posted February 2, 2013 #175 Posted February 2, 2013 Okay...you can count me in too. Have owned 6 Wings in total over the years, and currently have two 1800's in my stable of retired bikes.
