MikeM Posted August 19, 2012 Share #167 Posted August 19, 2012 I've had a couple of Goldwings but only "tolerated" the feet position because the bikes were cheap. When I wrecked my last Wing a few months ago I decided to stay away from them from now on. Goldwings are GREAT bikes mechanically but that dang engine is right where my feet want to be.(same for the BMW's) The RSV is the one that fits me..... or I fit it? Sgt. Maj. Posted September 25, 2012 Share #168 Posted September 25, 2012 I bought a 2007 1800 wing last august it had 34,k. It has 55780 today. I still own my RSV. Getting ready to do a make over with it. I enjoy both of them. So now how many do we have.
StarUmp Posted October 6, 2012 Share #169 Posted October 6, 2012 Count us into the mix. 2003 GW with a 2007 Motor Trike conversion. Also, still have my 99 RSV, but it's not getting much road time. The trike is just too comfortable and my wife feels much safer on 3 over 2 wheels.
Eck Posted October 6, 2012 Share #170 Posted October 6, 2012 So.......the original question was: How many Wing riders do we have on the site. Anyone know the total yet....?
SMSgt Posted January 27, 2013 Share #171 Posted January 27, 2013 I bought a GL1800 Roadsmith trike for Christmas so you can put me on the Goldwing lit too. I still have the RSV and R* but will be selling them soon. I need to come up with the money to pay for the trike now.
