Pearl White is my color. I bought it because it is the prettiest

and I believe it may also be the fastest!!!

I hope the storms up KY way were not too severe where you are located

I'm central KY near Lexington. There have been a lot of storms around us but so far we've just had a lot of rain. Gonna ride tomorrow though.

New Wing as of last Friday.

Congratulations! It has taken me awhile but I have it as comfortable as my RSV was now and with a few aftermarket tweeks,to me, The perfect bike.

Tom,

Tell us what you've done to make it as comfortable as your RSV. I'm still working on it.

Add all Balls to steering and Part # 8008A from Kuryakyn, adjustable clevis pin for footpegs also. Ask Roadhand how all this combination feels and he is fairly long legged. He was smiling big time yesterday when we met up. IF you can get to Houston sometimes I have a friend that will install all of it,Bearings included and you supply the parts listed for $275.00. Believe it or not centramatics somehow make the bike even more stable(not that its not already,it just is something you REALLY feel) and no balancing the tires.

Thanks Tom,

I've added the Ergo II highway pegs with 4 1/2" arms and they seem about right for my 30" inseam. The problem I have with those is that it doesn't take much to drag them in the curves. I've got the arm parallel with the engine gaurd. One stop higher would bring them too high to be comfortable.

I've also added the taller windshield which helped and the Kuryakyn risers. I haven't noticed a problem with the springs but I haven't put enough miles on it to really notice. I'm seriously thinking of adding the Centramatics when I change tires.

Dennis,

I don't have them (yet) but have heard great things from others about Mic-O-Pegs. Pricey, but supposedly more comfy than any other type of pegs. And they aren't a problem in the twisties either. Have you checked them out?

Yeah, but does it come in white???

so if we put kitesquid's and mine side by side that would make us twice as fast as the white one :stirthepot::rasberry::stirthepot:

Accually more like four times as fast and eight times as quick........;)

BUT,Metallic Black with a lot of Chrome makes the bike slide thru the wind easier therefore faster due to aerodynamics and wind tunnel testing.......BTW my wife thinks Im full of BS...I wonder why?
