risers

Just recieved my 1 1/2 risers today.I have never put a set on.Is there an easy way to put them on.It seems my radio cable is a little tight.Any and all suggestions appreciated.

i installed my 1-1/2 risers a couple weeks ago, at kregerdoodle's mx day. forgot to check the radio cable. yep it was tight and had pulled loose at the connecton under the faring just enough for the radio to stop working. i pulled the faring off and just rerouted the cable some. make sure you use a towel on the gas tank to protect the tank and paint. also would not hurt to have a second person to help steady / hold the bars while you hold them. just follow the post from silvrt

Just put mine on Sunday afternoon....The throttle cable is a little snug, I need to find some slack on that. Other than that mine seems fine, can't wait to really check it out(still recovering from surgery, don't want to do to much at one time). It really wasn't a bad install. I still need to put the rubber bumpers/spacer back in.
