etcswjoe Posted April 9, 2011 #1 Posted April 9, 2011 This morning was cold so I only took my leather jacket, however it warmed up fast and I had neither my summer riding jacket or sunscreen I am now lobster red but I still enjoyed the ride.
Eck Posted April 10, 2011 #2 Posted April 10, 2011 Joe, I burn really easy... I have to wear a very light white long sleeved shirt so that I dont get burnt. For my nose, I have a cover that attaches to my sun glasses.. Looks wierd...but sure saves my skin...

ahoutzer Posted April 10, 2011 #4 Posted April 10, 2011 Never ride without a jacket and gloves. Of course, don't even consider shorts or flip flops.
SilvrT Posted April 10, 2011 #5 Posted April 10, 2011 It's been such a long time since I've NOT had a jacket on, even to just go outside, I've forgotten what it was like.
RandyR Posted April 10, 2011 #6 Posted April 10, 2011 I just leave a tube of sun screen and lip screen in my tank bib pocket. looks like another sunny riding day today....
etcswjoe Posted April 11, 2011 Author #7 Posted April 11, 2011 Never ride without a jacket and gloves. Of course, don't even consider shorts or flip flops. I usally don't either and should been better prepared for the temp to go up. I think the sunburn (which stops where my gloves were) is payback for not bringing my summer jacket.
GAWildKat Posted April 14, 2011 #8 Posted April 14, 2011 I'm paying for being outside just chatting with friends last week....I got a really bad 1st degree burn on my arms and chest. Now I'm peeling
