I went on big boat ride a few years ago, they must have cruise installed on it some where otherwise why would they call it a cruise. And it was in the water.:rotf::rotf::rotf:

I hope the ship in the news today with the hole in it wasn't because the Capt didn't read my post.:no-no-no:

Is there a story here we need to hear?

yes ken, there is a story!

this thread went south , before ANYONE explained the hazards of using a "cruise control", on wet or otherwise slick(icy) roadway.

i am sure , someone will get it back on track, shortly!

Dont know about bikes having this problem but.....a co-worker a couple of years ago had her cruise set on her car. Winter time going up hill car slowed as one would expect and cruise accelerated as one would expect and the tires didnt hold as one would expect! She ended up...upside down in the ditch! Didnt get hurt but sure did in her car and scared the poop outta her!

Bike might do that if it suddenly slows in water...rear tire might slip in the water sending bike aswerving....waddya thing?
