Will This Fit my '85 VR Trunk?

I don't know if it will fit my '85. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Same here, but if it fits an '89 it will fit an '85. They are the same trunk only different, different backrest and different mounting hardware but still the same basic trunk...

Doh! Sorry about that everyone. I guess this tech stuff can be trickier than I thought. You're right Freebird, I was logged into my account and that's why it didn't work. Live and learn, live and learn.

Thanks for the answer folks. I'm gonna unwrap my baby today and see if I can use it. Can't wait to hear her start up. I'm starting to get the itch.

I took 'er out of the garage today. First time outside since Oct 2010. I started 'er up and I started getting dizzy with excitement. I can't wait!

I reviewed the back of my scoot and decided that the brake light and marker light configuration is good the way it is. I'm gonna pass on the trunk rail.
