A lot of discussion on MC tyres gets entered on the site. Not intended to open more debate on which is best. Just wanted to post this for those interested in getting more information on MC tires.

Without information on how you ride and a miriad of other vital information, it's pointless to make any claim on which is best. There is no frame of reference...

I tried to collect some stats on this once but no-one was interested. That itself spoke volumes to me. LOL:whistling:

Yah! Just loked at Conti's Tuesday and ended up buying a Dunlop E3 for $40 less and the Dunlop is rated much higher for load...

I'm sticking (sic) with the Bridgestone Spitfire ll.

 

$90, including shipping for a rear with Bridgestone moulded into it seems decent to me

 

And it's "moulded" and "tyre"

Trouble is that the catalogue is dated 2008, three years ago and the 120/90H18 TK16 Conti-Tour is no longer available - not on this side of the pond anyway.

 

In any case, I still haven't found if they've agreed to replace the one that I had that had split, but that's partly my fault for not chasing it up.

Around the corner at Pioneer motorsports, they even had one in stock!!

 

Any tire dealer should be able to order one for you. I'm mounting a rear tire on the front of mine...
