Danaman Posted March 20, 2011 #1 Posted March 20, 2011 I am looking for a Utopia studded backrest for my 2004 Midnite Venture. I have a Utopia backrest on the bike right now in new condition but it is the plain style and doesn't match the seat. Just out of curiosity, does anyone have one they want to part with or trade for the one I have. I can send pics if you need more info.

Danaman Posted March 20, 2011 Author #3 Posted March 20, 2011 I would but this model doesn"t match the seat. I want to get one that matches the seat.
JerryT Posted March 20, 2011 #4 Posted March 20, 2011 Just another thought, you might look at changing to a pillow top seat. I think most people think the pillow tops are more comfortable. Just depends on how far you ride and how much you like the current seat / look. Good luck either way.
ken Posted March 20, 2011 #5 Posted March 20, 2011 I picked up some studs off ebay for 5 buck and put them on my plain backrest. They match perfectly................it only took about 15 minutes to put them on.........

Did you check with Utopia to see about a cover change? Just a thought, Scooter Bob
Moped Posted March 20, 2011 #7 Posted March 20, 2011 When you buy spots or studs you want to get the nickel plated brass one's not the nickel plated steel. Most of the one's for sale are steel. They will rust.
