rosebud Posted March 14, 2011 #1 Posted March 14, 2011 Started spring training yesterday - 440 mile ride yesterday. Working up to 500+ miles a day for next month's trip to Key West. First long ride in over a year since last summer we were both laid up after a white water rafting accident. Next weekend we'll be back at training. But boy did my legs ache today after the long ride.
