Royal Star Forward Controls

Last year I installed a set of Jardine Chromed forward controls on my 96 royal star. Although I really enjoy the looks of them on the bike, I'm just not comfortable using them. I'm stretched out just a little too much for my 5'8" fatman frame.....and for myself, it's just not comfortable enough to continue using them. I'm going to put the regular Yamaha floorboards, shifter and brake systems back on...returning that part of the bike to stock.

 

So...when I have a chance to dig the bike out of the backyard shed....the ground is still way too soft to get the bike out....I'll post some pics of them on the bike, and put them up for sale.

 

I'll be asking $300 plus actual shipping costs. They are mint, I only put on about 600 miles on that bike last year.

 

Thought I'd post this up in case someone else is thinking of installing a set on their royal star, they list for $700 new. Here's a couple of pics when I installed them.
