MikeWa Posted March 18, 2011 #26 Posted March 18, 2011 I installed the riser extensions. They moved my bars up and back. This did allow for more vertical adjustment of the grips. I also reused the original rubber spacers. They were a tight squeeze so I think they will stay in place. In the end I mounted some gauges on the rubber spacers. Mike
Long Tall Posted March 18, 2011 #27 Posted March 18, 2011 I used the Risers from Barons....I'm 6'5" and they brought the bars back and up...The rubber spacers slid right in from the side..Been on since 2006..... NOTE: VERY IMPORTANT>>>>>Put a THICK cover over the tank when your doing the work...Enough said...Lesson Learned....Dent is about the size of a small piece of broken pencil lead, but will never go away....
