Squidley Posted March 7, 2011 #26 Posted March 7, 2011 Tom, That is excellent new my friend, I know it will be difficult, but you can do it. Keep the gym thing going, I have been going for almost 2 months now. Up at 3am to do my workout before I have to be at work at 6am. I was ready for the gym, and have dedicated myself to getting in better shape. We want you around for a long time bud....keep it up
Cougar Posted March 7, 2011 #27 Posted March 7, 2011 Keep it up Bro, I smoked for 43 years and now I am at 15 months smoke free. ONE of the biggest things that really helped was I did stop the coffee as well. I do have a half a cup on Saturday Morning. As you say there is nothing like a smoke and coffee together. Anyways , I still do not know where all the money I saved :confused24:went to yet *LOL* Jeff
BigBoi Posted March 7, 2011 #28 Posted March 7, 2011 Hang in there, BE STRONG! Don't let the cravings get to you. BTW are you quitting "cold turkey"? If so, that's tough. Try those nicotine patches, they worked great for me. I smoked for about 20 years, quit Sept. 5, 2002 the first attempt. You won't believe how much better and easier everything will be a year from now.
BuddyRich Posted March 7, 2011 #29 Posted March 7, 2011 You could buy a new car with the money you won't be burning anymore.. Good Luck on quittin
