Freebird Posted February 27, 2011 #1 Posted February 27, 2011 (edited) I got an email asking if I knew where to get the "states visited" patches. I did some searching and found a place that has the patches and you color the states in with a marker. Thought I would post it here in case anybody else is interested. http://www.gmanindustries.com/shop/pc/viewCategories.asp?idCategory=49 Edited February 27, 2011 by Freebird
Marcarl Posted February 27, 2011 #3 Posted February 27, 2011 If I got one for Australia I would have only to color it 6 times,,,,, wow!
Freebird Posted February 27, 2011 Author #4 Posted February 27, 2011 Yea, but each one takes more ink. I added these to the links page long ago but here are some brass plaques that use rhinestones to indicate where you have traveled. http://www.badgemaker2.com/web_store/web_store.cgi?page=mc_plates.html&category=yes&cart_id=
Dave77459 Posted February 27, 2011 #5 Posted February 27, 2011 Why would you pay extra to advertise his business?
Freebird Posted February 27, 2011 Author #6 Posted February 27, 2011 I'm not following that one. What do you mean?
Dave77459 Posted February 27, 2011 #7 Posted February 27, 2011 The one with the giant GMAN INDUSTRIES costs more than the patch without the advertising. I'd pay less and not display that abomination. Dave
rumboogy Posted February 27, 2011 #8 Posted February 27, 2011 I think he's talking about the vendor putting his logo on each patch and charging you even MORE for that patch.
Freebird Posted February 27, 2011 Author #9 Posted February 27, 2011 Yea, I just went back and looked again. You are right and I agree, I wouldn't order that one.
Venturous Randy Posted February 27, 2011 #10 Posted February 27, 2011 Why would you pay extra to advertise his business? I think he is talking about the ones with G Man industries noted costing more. RandyA
rumboogy Posted February 27, 2011 #11 Posted February 27, 2011 There ain't nothin' with being proud. LOL He does give you a choice...in fact, he may have reversed his pricing by mistake...lets hope so.
Black Owl Posted February 27, 2011 #12 Posted February 27, 2011 Under the 2011 Specials, he is selling any10 patches (mix & match) for $44.95.
KarlS Posted February 27, 2011 #13 Posted February 27, 2011 I like using the "hat pins" on my vest for everywhere I have ridden. When I can't find what I want when riding I use this site. http://www.pintreasures.com/ Just threw this in here for anyone that likes the pins.

XV1100SE Posted June 7, 2011 #19 Posted June 7, 2011 So how do you have the Canadian and U.S. maps in your signature? Is it a matter of putting them together in one jpg or is there a way to have two pics in your signature?

Yeah, just open up paint (on any windows machine) or some other image editing program and paste both maps in, colour them, save and name it, and then insert the same way as the normal file. Brian
