Not only can you order a part you need but they give a Schematics drawing,exploded view.I like it cause I can make a copy and have it in the garage as I break something apart.LOL

I like this page and use it for referencing.

Like the schematics a lot better than those on the CD disc I picked up off ebay. Image doesn't fall apart when zooming in on a particular area. Looks like pricing is a little under retail also.

Haven't had any service done by Highlands Yamaha yet, but the customer service I recieved when in the store and over the phone was very good.
