I find gpscity.ca has awesome value and shipping. I've bought several GPS mounts from them over the years.

 

CDN dollar is worth more than US so I actually paid less and there's nothing added on at customs. Not even sure if USPS has to clear customs the same way as, for example UPS does. I know with UPS coming out of the states, it is a PITA. Anything else I've had shipped USPS has never had any customs issues or duties.
