Interesting way to look at it, weaving back and forth to be seen, never would have thought of that.

I have always done that when approaching cross traffic or left turning opposing traffic. Bright lights and weave. Don't forget to cover your brake when faced with this situation. Be ready.

Well I watched the video then drove around the neighborhood on the left side of the road. Seemed more dangerous to me.

I did that weaving trick once, got a pass to the state troopers ball. They tell me that is reckless driving here in WV. So I put a headlight modulator in, took care of that situation in a hurry.

If they would drive on the right side of the road it would help!!! Just kidding. We just need to keep watching they are all out to kill us.
