Lets just hope that the Government does not require us to wear them.I think its a great thing for the racers but not a practical thing for the average rider.

This one is kinda complicated, gyros, computers, this and that, the article does say they are still working on one for us street riders. The photos show the dreaded high side, that bike will insist on chasing you down!! I will wear one if they get a practical model perfected for the street. I would also wear a full suit like this again, for the street, if they would make one with the armor and in a open mesh weave for hot weather. I bet it is on the drafting table already. Maybe just sitting waiting for the right time. I for one support any advancement in practical items that can help us survive to go buy a new bike and ride again. Problem with a full suit......I still have mine, it is full leather, you wear it over a silk liner..fire rated....it is not practical to use in normal riding we do with the bikes, stop and meet someone, go inside to a diner, but could be, if they would make one in a mesh. I think for it to work you would have to look like the Michelin tire guy when it went off.
