Muffler tips

I saw an exhaust on a Kawasaki Voyager (a 1993 I think) and I am wondering if anyone has a source for something like that that could be adapted to my 90 VR. They are the dual tipped ones. They are apparently welded to the muffler, but I wonder if any aftermarket tips could be fitted to a VR? Any advice /info would be appreciated. I saw some on a VR in the Gallery, but can't remember who it was. They really look sharp.

one of muffinmans 1st gens has the dual tips on each side. cant remember which one but for some reason Im thinking its his blonde. Anyways this was as to my undertanding a stock tip for the first gen.

Since we are talking exhaust and mufflers, I want to have a quite and as much as possible a humming sound, as close to a GW as possible. I still have stock exhaust system on my 08 RSV.

 

Ok, any suggestions???? I had my bike checked out last week by the dealer and said I had no exhaust leaks. But it it still sounds to loud IMHO.

I got some single tip turndowns at my local Autozone for my 83VR. I did not look for any dual tip ones, it would be a good excuse to take a ride and look.

I "searched the world over" and finally a member here offered them up for a really good price. But seriously, occasionally you will find a set on fleabay and can be pretty darn expensive. I will keep my eyes open for another set and if I find some, I will surely remember you need them. Good luck. These things are rarer than hens teeth.
