Owen Posted February 17, 2011 #2 Posted February 17, 2011 Nice quality video. What equipment are you using?
ashley9187 Posted February 17, 2011 #3 Posted February 17, 2011 How did you stationary mount the camera's on the front of the bike?? Type of camera etc. Nice steady shots. Rick A.
Michael_Bishop Posted February 17, 2011 Author #4 Posted February 17, 2011 I was using two Hero HD GoPro. Using two suction cup mounts. There they where mount on the metal part of the windshild, one looking out front and tthe other one pointed at me. On the way back I took the one that was mounted at me and place it low on the left lower. That way it got the front wheel the road surface and front suspension working good. I did not mess with the video coming back. Learning to edit with two video tracks stack on top of each other.
Lilsis Posted February 17, 2011 #5 Posted February 17, 2011 That's interesting how the telephone poles bow as you get close and straighten up after you pass them. You must be very important to command that kind of respect. Nice video, thanks.
sarges46 Posted February 17, 2011 #6 Posted February 17, 2011 Nice...thanks for sharing that with us. We in the frozen wasteland of the prairies wont see the open road for at least another month and a half...more likely more.
ddoggma Posted February 17, 2011 #7 Posted February 17, 2011 (edited) Bike has sat for two months on the battery tender. Today I went in and she started right up with full choke. Waited 30 seconds then took choke off. She is running better than when I put her up...lol I topped off the tank and treated her with "Startron" for the winter. It seems to have worked very well. Let her idle for 10 mins then went around the block several times. Felt pretty strong when I jumped on it...Life is good. "I dont want a nickle...." PS: Very nice video, and a slick cam setup too. Thanks. Edited February 17, 2011 by ddoggma Content
