What a coincidence...

I was just looking at an ad on WingStuff.com for a new lithium battery made for motorcycles. It's expensive as heck but (according to them)

  • No more dead batteries. Holds charge for one year without maintenance.
  • Ultra lightweight, one fifth the weight of lead acid motorcycle batteries
  • Significantly outlast any traditional lead acid battery's
  • Military grade Carbon Fiber Composite Case
  • Faster Cranking for better starts
  • Super-Fast recharge rate
  • SAFE.. No explosive gasses during charge, No Lead, No Acid!!
  • Environmentally friendly, just discharge and dispose
  • Japanese engineering and components are of the highest technology and quality

I definately would like to go this route when I need another battery, however there was another discussion thread about lithum batteries that brought up a charging issue. I do not understand it all and so I hoping that your topic again will draw more attention and replies.
