Venture Sightings Map

Ok. What am I doing wrong? I tried to put a Venture sighting on the map yesterday and could not get it to work. Any tips?

i tried it about 6 months ago and couldn't figure it out. Seems like what I did find was all old info and took it that nobody used it and forgot about till now,
