seat bracket

I posted this in general tech but maybe nobody saw it. I need to know if the passenger seat bracket (the one that holds the front of the seat) is the same on a '96 and an '07 RSTD. Thanks y'all.......

Based on the Yamaha parts microfiche, that bracket is used on the 96 and '07 model years as well as others. See link- shows all years/models that bracket is used on. The cross reference function at boats.net when you click on the part number is very handy for this sort of thing.
