Luggage rack?

Looking at a rear fender luggage rack. It says it is for the 96-2000 model.

 

 

Anyone know if it will fit the 2007 model.

 

Part # is STRIDB512000

I'm not positive, but my 08 accessory cat shows that is the right number (STR-1D651-20-00)for an 08 so it should work. Hopes this helps.
