LilBeaver Posted January 31, 2011 Share #28 Posted January 31, 2011 ... If there is one thing I have learned in life it is that the more education you have the less you have to work and the more money you can make. ... Glad this is working for you but in my field it sure isn't this way. The more I learn the harder and more I have to work and it sure as heck is not reflected in my paycheck. But I love what I do, so I have no real complaints about it.

Venturous Randy Posted February 1, 2011 Share #33 Posted February 1, 2011 Like my dad used to say, "If I had known I would live this long, I would have taken better care of myself". Actually, there is a lot about my life that I am enjoying, but I do have to say that this year and a divorce after 41 years make me think it was something I should have done a long time ago. There are several cars I wish I had kept and there were several others I wish I had bought. RandyA

Redneck Posted February 1, 2011 Share #35 Posted February 1, 2011 A good friend of mine was telling me last week he wishes he would have taken that job he could have had right after school. He told me several things he wished he had done. I told him then I am happy with the choices I have made.
Aussie Annie Posted February 1, 2011 Share #36 Posted February 1, 2011 Lifes experiences makes us who we are only thing I would change is: ride in a different direction on 9th December, 2007........then legs would be okay, and family wouldn't go through the upset and trauma. saddlebum Posted February 1, 2011 Share #40 Posted February 1, 2011 If I could do my life over I would have studied to become a veterinarian instead of a mechanic and I would have been more socially active during my high school and teen years. For the rest I would not change anything
slick97spirit Posted February 1, 2011 Share #41 Posted February 1, 2011 I would have drained the oil & gas out of the 69 Grand Prix and put it up on blocks until the kids grew up and moved out. Also wish I had joined the Marines. That's my biggest regret.

etcswjoe Posted February 1, 2011 Share #43 Posted February 1, 2011 There are lots of things I would like to change, however any action has a reaction and since I am good with most of the things I did I don't think I would wish for those I did not to change the outcome from the things I did like....... Confused? I know I am....
