Venturous Randy Posted January 28, 2011 #1 Posted January 28, 2011 Just got my Rider magazine and they have an article on a Royal Star Venture with a Hannigan kit. It is good, but makes a couple of somewhat negative references like no reverse available. But, at the end of the article about information on the Venture, it is suggested to checkout Venturerider.Org. YaHoo!!!!! RandyA
Guest scarylarry Posted January 28, 2011 #3 Posted January 28, 2011 I read about half of it, then thru the magazine across the room, after Pam told me what our taxes was this year, I'll finish it tonight..

I think maybe kinda like sorta Well I am going to have to find out if that is sold in Canada. Does anyone get Canadian Biker Mag ? A big layout on my cousin that drags top fuel bikes in there. He rides Harleys but I try not to hold that against him when he is running 6.28 seconds at 210.7 mph
Aussie Annie Posted January 29, 2011 #7 Posted January 29, 2011 WOW...fantastic for Freebird Does that mean we have to find some clever people to join us in here now? :duck:
PBJ Posted January 29, 2011 #9 Posted January 29, 2011 There you go Don, national proof that you have built a site that all Venture riders can be proud. Good job to one and all!

saddlebum Posted January 29, 2011 #12 Posted January 29, 2011 I already got it. On the title to your bike!!!I would not have let that slip out - - - - - - - - these days famous people want money for their autographs
Guest Posted January 29, 2011 #13 Posted January 29, 2011 So, in addition to the Trike article, on the inside of the back cover is an ad for Ontario Canada featuring a RSTD and an RSV in the ad. There is also something else written in the magazine. Lets see if you can find it. This is what would make this so freaky. Timing IS everything.......
elmicko Posted January 29, 2011 #14 Posted January 29, 2011 Just read the article this morning and it's obvious the guy likes the RSV. He did go on to say that it seemed to be the perfect platform for a trike. Probably the best ink on an RSV that I've seen.
Yammer Dan Posted January 29, 2011 #15 Posted January 29, 2011 I would not have let that slip out - - - - - - - - these days famous people want money for their autographs He did!! Took a few bucks to get him to sign that thing.....
Trader Posted January 29, 2011 #16 Posted January 29, 2011 Now if you could just get Yamaha Inc to visit here and listen to their customers!
Freebird Posted January 29, 2011 #17 Posted January 29, 2011 Oh don't worry...they have visited...no doubt about that. Now whether or not they LISTEN...that is an entirely different story.
flb_78 Posted August 27, 2011 #18 Posted August 27, 2011 The article is posted online now for everyone to read. http://www.ridermagazine.com/2011/manufacturer/yamaha/yamaha-royal-star-venturehannigan-trike-conversion-ridden-rated/
