Aussie Annie Posted January 28, 2011 #29 Posted January 28, 2011 Hey James, I'll have a walker there for bad days.......so you and I can have "snail" races:smile5: but watch out for the pond
Cruser Posted January 28, 2011 #30 Posted January 28, 2011 (edited) The meds they put you on for gout have side effets that are not good and take months to work if they ever do, try 1 teaspoon of applecider vinegar twice a day "you can mix it in a little water if you want to" I don't but thats just me, you should see a marked improvement in a week , not only does the vinegar take out the gout it also helps with the blood pressure and other things in your body. sometimes old remedies are the way to go, new fangled medicine just won't admit it. Apple Cider Vinegar is a wonderful old-timers home remedy, cures more ailments than any other folk remedy. Try 2 tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar mixed with 2 tablespoons of organic honey (2 times daily). within a few hours the pain of gout will start to subside. Edited January 28, 2011 by Cruser
