KeithR Posted January 9, 2011 #1 Posted January 9, 2011 I just came back from Canadian Tire and noticed they now carry SeaFoam @ $ 9.59/can. (new item here I assume new to Cdn Tire) Keith
friesman Posted January 9, 2011 #2 Posted January 9, 2011 Yes i noticed the Canadian Tire parts-only stores called Parts Source are carrying it now too at 899
darthandy Posted January 9, 2011 #3 Posted January 9, 2011 They carried it at our store for a few weeks a couple of months ago. Once it ran out, they never restocked it and I haven't seen it there since. Of course, they're well known around here for doing that!
Evan Posted January 10, 2011 #4 Posted January 10, 2011 I will check the Canadian Tire stores here in the Toronto area this week. The auto supply stores that carry Seafoam in this area charge about $12.00.
Wizard765 Posted January 10, 2011 #5 Posted January 10, 2011 Canadian Tire here in Caledonia has it now too. Large supply as well as some of the other products from seafoam like deep creep. But $11.75 which I think is expensive.
calgaryrider Posted October 7, 2011 #7 Posted October 7, 2011 Calgary's Can. tire has carried it for awhile @ $11.99 Still cheaper than most of the parts stores here: 13-15 dollars
Evan Posted October 7, 2011 #9 Posted October 7, 2011 Maybe I will run into Saddlebum (Ben) at CTC. Thanks Hulk!
E-Fishin-C Posted October 13, 2011 #10 Posted October 13, 2011 (edited) In Sudbury the cans at CTC are on sale for $8.99 Squidley I bought a Few cans Edited October 13, 2011 by E-Fishin-C
Condor Posted October 13, 2011 #11 Posted October 13, 2011 Why is everything so dang expensive in Canada??
FuzzyRSTD Posted October 13, 2011 #12 Posted October 13, 2011 Last I heard you all had to pay an arm and a leg for SeaFoam. Glad to see you are getting a good price. $ 9.50 or so a can here in the fine State of Kentucky in the USA, at Wally World. fuzzy

friesman Posted October 13, 2011 #14 Posted October 13, 2011 Why is everything so dang expensive in Canada?? I think most of it comes from only having a population roughly equal to California's (or about 10% of the US's pop figures) and then have to ship all over a country that is larger than the US. Plus there isnt the competitiveness in retail like there is in the US, I think theres an old boys club that seems to set prices. One would think with the NAFTA free trade agreement in place there shoudlnt be any customs and excise taxes on the stuff. Brian
