SPRING!!!

 

I have three weeks vacation. One week is already committed to an airplane trip to a conference in Florida. A couple days to move daughter back to school. We are hoping to get at least four or five long weekends on the scoot. We're thinking of...

Where will you be heading when it warms/drys up?

If you go the Blue Ridge Parkway in the spring, keep in mind that the crest of the mountains run a bit behind the valley. You will have trees budding out in late May that will bud out in April in the valleys. If you have never spent any time on the BRP, it is one of the greatest motorcycle rides around, especially if you take the time to get to see the local areas.

We've drove most of it a few years ago - we would like to do the whole thing on the scoot with no reason to rush anywhere.

Got a trailer bought for a trip with my wife to the west coast next summer.

No big trips scheduled just some 2-3 day jaunts now in then to see some museums, caverns, civil war sites and get away. But you never know.
