mini-muffin Posted December 21, 2010 #1 Posted December 21, 2010 Weather seems to be pretty brutal for you folks. One of the airports evidently has run out of de-icing chemicals. Hope you all stay warm and don't have to go anywhere. Hope the new year brings warmer temps for you. Not too warm with all that snow you all have though, don't need any flooding. Margaret

Squeeze Posted December 22, 2010 #5 Posted December 22, 2010 Around here, almost all the white Stuff is gone at the Moment. The Airports look much better now. Even London-Heathrow seems getting better. But, there's bad Wheater predicted from tomorrow afternoon on, getting worse over the next three Days. Black Ice, Snow, you get the Picture .... Let's just hope everybody arrive safe and sound at their Destination, in Time or a bit late doesn't matter in the End. We're heading out to north-west tomorrow morning, visiting Relatives over the Holy Days and some nice recreational Days on the northern Shore over New Years Eve.
mini-muffin Posted December 22, 2010 Author #6 Posted December 22, 2010 Hope you get there safe and sound Squeeze. Enjoy you're holiday. Margaret
Aussie Annie Posted December 22, 2010 #7 Posted December 22, 2010 Mother nature seems to be giving us a reminder that she is in charge On the west coast, we will be having stinking hot weather for Christmas -- while over on the east coast they will be battening down the hatches for wild weather and flooding
