Venture ICM vs RSTD ICM?

I just saw an ICM on Ebay and was wondering if there is a difference in the ICM of these two bikes.

 

The reason I ask is the Honda Valkyries the ICM is different between the Interstate and the Standard or Tourer.

 

The Interstate has a little bit more spark advance in the mid range RPM which give a bit more power in that area.

 

I put a Interstates ICM on my Tourer and it is quite a noticeable improvement. No more flat spot. Much more linear power-band.

 

Just Curious. Still trying to learn everything I can about this bike.
