You got snow, we got fire!

Think I'd rather have snow right now. We have a fire that's been burning for several days not far from us....and it was deliberately lit!!!

We couldn't sleep last night as the smoke was really bad. Fire fighters working 12 hour shifts, and the wind is creating big problems for them.

I'd like to get hold of the lousy buggers...I'd give them burn!!!:mad:

Sorry to hear this news.

Many people suffer from breathing problems and the smoke from those type of large fires play havoc on them.

I feel for you Annie. About 3 summers ago California was on fire and we had smoke everywhere. Thought it would never end. We had fire crews in here from most of the western states all summer long. I drove up to Idaho for my Grandson's wedding in June and didn't get out of the smoke until I got to Idaho.... 700 miles east.

Yup, I'll take snow over fire any day.

I can dress for snow and be comfortable.

 

I hope they get it under control soon.
