b2dad Posted November 28, 2010 #1 Posted November 28, 2010 Our youngest son, Jason, showed up for Thanksgiving on his new ride... He just got home from Afghanistan and couldn't wait another day to get a new ride. I tried to get him to buy a new RSTD, but as you can see, it didn't work. He still wants a sporty model with SPEED. If only I was younger...

CaptainJoe Posted November 28, 2010 #4 Posted November 28, 2010 Are you and your son gonna head for Arizona? Someone on this forum was just braggin about how nice the weather was there?
b2dad Posted November 28, 2010 Author #5 Posted November 28, 2010 I don't think so...he has to go back to work this week. He had to ride it home (about 4 hrs south to Columbus, MS) yesterday and it was a cool 40 degrees when he left here. Hopefully we can go riding soon tho.

If only I was younger... The Raider was my second choice, but I went for the Roadstar Silverado with hard bags as my solo bike. God Bless your son and I thank him for his service and welcome home. I will never again refer to the Air Force as the Chair Force or the Air Farce.
