Thought some of you might enjoy my recipe for this during the upcoming season...

 

Hot Buttered Rum

1 Lb Butter

3 ½ cups icing sugar

2 cups brown sugar

1 qt vanilla ice cream

1 ½ tspsns cinnamon

½ tspsn allspice

Soften ice cream and butter

Blend all ingredients in food processor

Store in freezer

The Drink

1 ½ tblspns mix in a large mug

1 shot of rum (or more if you prefer)

Add boiling water

Enjoy & stabilize!!
