Honda 650 Nighthawk? Maybe...maybe not.

For those familiar with Honda Nighthawk:

 

I just got a request to work on a (claimed to be) 1994 Honda 650 Nighthawk with a clutch problem. Issues describes are kind of vauge at this point but what I'm running into is I'm not seeing a '94 650 Nighthawk in my searches for info. Only a 750.

 

I'm a bit familiar with the mid 80's Hawks. Did Honda make a 650 up into the 90's?

 

I haven't seen the bike yet so I can't refer to VIN# or other identifiers.

 

Just trying to get a head start on this before I commit to taking it in.

maybe they meant '84 coz info I found shows them to only be from '83 - '85 ???

I don't know that it is actually a nighthawk, but Honda made an NTV 650 in 94.

 

If memory serves me correctly they sit more traditional style, like the nighthawks do/did.

snaggletooth my daughter has a 1984 nighthawk in the 650cc its blue and silver. i think after 1986 they went to what they called the honda cb750cc nighthawk. i could be wrong?

Actually, I believe they stopped making the 750 Nighthawk in 93, the only Nighthawk I can find for 94 was the 250.
