One Bike Maker is not standing still

Thought they did a pretty nice job of "updating" this bike. They changed more than just the color.

They should have thought a little more on those saddlebags. The one thing I didn't like on the 1stGenMKI is the side loaders. PITA packing them. Otherwise it looks 'Coostem Guy'....

I will take the V/4 over the v twin any day, no mater what make, if i was going to buy a V twin it would be a harley, resale is better if nothing elece, I dont see any better bike out there outher than the Venture V/4 motor, I just wish that yamaha would put the new V max motor on one.

It is just a Voyager with no trunk, no passing lamps, a short wind screen, and older Nomad bags.

 

They basically just made a less serious version of their full dresser, just like the Road Glide is to the Ultra. Yamaha could put the Venture fairing with a short shield on an RSTD and call it something else.

Is it just me or does the fairing look like after the final design, some one said "Oh by the way I think it needs a fairing!". IMHO that thing is fugly!!!

Interesting version of the Vulcan Voyager.

 

Not for me as I limit myself to owning one V twin motorcycle at a time and nobody is interested in my 1950 FL.

The biggest problem I see with it is that "Kawasaki" word - everyone I've known who owned a Kawasaki usually had it in the shop for repairs, forcing them to drive their cage most of the time.

I like the Vaquero but it looks to me like a Voyager without the trunk and a smaller windshield.

I have a Suzuki M95 that's built by Kawasaki (same bike as the Mean Streak) and have had no problems with it at all.

I've owned two Kaws, an 88 750 Ninja, and a 03 ZR7S put 24k on the Ninja and 14k on the ZR not one problem with either.

Doesn't it look a lot like the Stratoliner Deluxe? Plus, I never buy a motorcycle without a cassette player.
