ThomWill Posted November 5, 2010 #1 Posted November 5, 2010 Brrrr- vrroom! 38 Degrees when I left the house this morning for work. Light overpants, sweatshirt, balaclava, jacket, mittens... Nothing like cold weather riding. It provides all the fun of snowmobiling without the distracting snow-bunnies, hot tubs, cocoa etc.

I almost had to put on a jacket. But us Northerners are kind of used to a slight chill in the air. After all it is Fall ain't it. LMAO
Bubber Posted November 5, 2010 #4 Posted November 5, 2010 Scraping ice is such fun!!!:crying: Isn't that just as bad as using the four letter word "SNOW" ?:ignore:
BOO Posted November 5, 2010 #5 Posted November 5, 2010 Yep guess it's about time to put the shorts and sandals away for the winter. BOO
LilBeaver Posted November 5, 2010 #6 Posted November 5, 2010 It was 30 when I left home this morning... Have no fear, it will be ~70 when I go home for dinner
Jerry W Posted November 5, 2010 #7 Posted November 5, 2010 It was 30 when I left home this morning... Have no fear, it will be ~70 when I go home for dinner Supposed to be 80 by Monday. Get the rides in while we can.
Snaggletooth Posted November 5, 2010 #8 Posted November 5, 2010 Yep............28 degrees when I left for work this morning on the bike. Guess my new jacket is going to work out fine. Had to open up a couple vents. Getting a bit warm on the way in. Felt a bit foolish pulling my bike into the lot. A couple coworkers showed up in their cars wearing parkas. Guess their heaters didn't work. Figures though.......the same guys that call in when it snows and can't make to work.
