Aimhigh Posted November 1, 2010 #1 Posted November 1, 2010 Thinking about getting a trailer to haul the '07 RSV on longer trips...in the next couple of years I plan to have it triked it out (the bike...not the trailer) with the Hannigan kit. I, therefore want to get a trailer for now...and after it makes the change to trike. I would appreciate knowing the overall length and width of the Hannigan that some of you have done. Thanks in advance for any info.
kj5ix Posted November 1, 2010 #2 Posted November 1, 2010 12X6 Open will work good wit about 5 inches on each side. If your looking at a enclosed trailer the key would be to measure the distance between the cables on the ramp door and make sure that there is 65 inches between them to clear the rear fenders adequately.

Thank you very much...now I know what to look for.
1 - UP Posted November 2, 2010 #4 Posted November 2, 2010 If you are going to get an inclosed trailer, I would suggest one that is at least 12x7 so you can get around the sides of the trike kit. I have an open 12x6 and it works just fine. Ken

bongobobny Posted November 6, 2010 #6 Posted November 6, 2010 It will fit on a 6X10, just! At least mine fits on my open carryall with just about an inch or so to spare with the front tire against the front rail. Nothing wrong with buying a 12 footer but the 10 footer may be less expensive and sligtly less weight...
