I guess that I never had a mid life crisis because I never did grow up in the first place, that way I never had to go out to find my lost youth.

Now I am simply old, and still haven't grown up.

Don't tell my brother he rode my bike last week and said he had to have a touring bike and went and bought a new Ultra. Tried to get him on a Venture but you know those hardcore Harley riders.

HD report link is quarterly report required by SEC for publicly traded corporations. They have to be honest in the figures but at the same time not scare the bejesus out of the investors so will sugarcoat everything in the text.

 

Interesting to note unit sales are down from same time 2009. So much for Obama's summer of recovery huh?

How bad is it? Some of Harley’s Japanese competitors did not produce 2010 models.

Funny though, how as soon as HD rolled back production, the dealers all jacked the prices back up.
