I just went outside and saw my first snowflake.....:crying:

4 days ago the hubby and I were pouring cement in 80 degree weather and now it's snowing.

I know I'm whining, but man, it's gonna be a long winter.

Try to remind yourself (as I am often reminded by my northern family) how much you LOVE experiencing ALL of the seasons...

nevermind, who are you kidding? it is just cold, wet and nasty, I agree with the sentiment to move south. I lived 8 years in the middle of Maine and have been steadily migrating south ever since.

I rode home from work yesterday while it was snowing. Had to scape snow and Ice of the seat to ride to work this morning:cold:.

No snow flakes here YET, just this insane wind.

I kind of like winter, I have been migrating steadily north over the years and drive farther north every chance I get.:snow2:

I think it's that white stuff we get a few flakes of every 30 years or so. :stirthepot:

To young for retirement yet and with the kids and parents all living so close.....but you can bet your boots the minute we retire we are going to be snowbirds heading south...as long as we can bring the bikes with us!!!!

To everyone living in the south....bite me! :snow2:

Come on Bob....your only going to be froze in for the next 5 months

:confused24:....and thats a big reason I moved south too :whistling:

I went for a ride at lunch today and had to put on some 30SPF to keep for burning. Don't get me wrong, the weather is great right now but we had to suffer throught the 100* with 90% humidity days of summer to get here. I grew up in southern Ohio so I know what your talking about. I miss the white stuff, but not that much.:178:

You better watch what you say there you northern transplant. With the weather you took with you to Texas last year, they will tar and feather you and send you north on a rail at the first sign of a single snowflake. :buttkick:

Yeah, but all you Southerners never get a chance to do donuts in a parking lot!!!!!!!

I'll stick with the snow for a while just to enjoy that!!

I really feel for you folks up north. Ok not a lot but I can say it. Not too bad here today either was in the 80s and it'll be like that tomorrow too. But we get see saw season :whistling:so we will drop down to maybe the upper 60's for a few days too.

89 here today, 70 the predicted low tonight. cold front coming thru tomorrow night. Weekend forcast: sunny and mild. highs mid to upper 70s, lows around 50. Gotta love the south.

Yeah, looks like cold weather is on the way here too. Highs for the next several days will be in the mid 70s and temps at night will drop into the lower 40s, maybe even into the upper 30s:cold:. :stirthepot::stirthepot::stirthepot:
