Hey Charlie, I did the same thing on my RSV. The only thing left of it is the key ring. I remember hearing it come off but didn't know what it was at the time. Now I don't have any gremlin protection.

The worst I've seen was my bell after we ran into a cattle drive out in wyoming..

 

Ended up with a Gremlin ball of poo.....

 

Must have been a couple hundred head being drove right down the road

I put mine on the Helmet hook behind me. I figure if any gremlins drop out causing pot holes, I want it to happen behind me not in front or under me.
