restoring 88 XVZ 1300

I will start restoring my 88 in about 3-4 weeks.

 

I am going to need, at the very least, the faring...both sides and dash panels.

 

I need to know what years will fit?

 

Anyone here have them, i'd just as soon spend my money here.

Pretty well anything from 1986 and up should fit. However some of the earlier MK1's also share some similiar parts.

Yup, upper fairing and most dash pieces are the same for MK1 and MK2. Tach is different on cluster between MK1 and MK2 only due to cruise light but are basically interchangeable. Right dash inserts are different between MK1 and MK2 due to location of CB and CLASS. Engine covers are different from MK1 and MK2 due to the vents, but are interchangeable.

 

Sorry, but all my upper fairings need repair, and I've prety much ran out of dash pieces. Send PM for anything else you may need...
