Pretty amazing. As a dog lover I am always amazed at what they can do.

Makes you wonder about some people as not too many would even consider assisting in a situation like that.

It is amazing that they are smart enough to gently drag the injured dog out of harms way. But on the flip side, why were they playing on the freeway in the first place?

Yeah ... for sure, on both counts, wonderful dramatic pause at the end by the announcer. A great OMG moment.
