Ponch Posted October 11, 2010 #1 Posted October 11, 2010 I recently got a Casio Exilim. The Zumo 550 doesn't like it. It constantly gives the message "Cel Phone Disconnected" followed by "You can make calls now (or something like that)". My G'Zone never did that so I bet it's in the phone.
BuddyRich Posted October 11, 2010 #2 Posted October 11, 2010 Check for a bluetooth update on the Zumo (other software in the web updater). If its up to date then it is the phone. I had the same problem with an HTC a couple of years ago. Had to go to a different phone to fix the problem.

My BB and Droid both bounced back and forth until I looked on the phones screen (Keep connected) to confirm them paired. Also check your settings on the phone. I cannot remember exactly what it was called , but it somewhat was a setting that kept them paired/visible once they mated. BEER30
Ponch Posted October 20, 2010 Author #4 Posted October 20, 2010 Garmin said I had to initiate the pair from the cel phone on some models. Finally got it done and no more dropped calls.
